We didn't add AI to an ERP. We built the ERP that agents needed all along.
Click-through-pages software isn't being improved here. It's being retired.
A document system here. A planning tool there. An ERP, spreadsheets, a procurement portal — and now an AI agent wired across all of them. That agent reads ten partial truths, so it can't be trusted. And it acts under none of their rules, so it can't be allowed to act. It ends up a chatbot with opinions.
Crolle owns the chain end-to-end — tender, estimation, award, planning, procurement, subcontracts, cost, revenue, finance, cash, closeout, documents — so there is one truth for the agent to stand on. It was designed agent-native from day one: the agent isn't a feature on top, it is the interface. And nothing acts without delegated authority, human approval, and an audit trail — governance lives in the kernel, not in a wrapper.

Use the Crolle desktop app on your Windows device.
Crolle runs on your computer, not in someone else’s browser tab. Every conversation, every file it opens and every step it takes is stored on that device and nowhere else — there is no copy on our servers, because there is no server holding them.
What does leave: the question you ask travels through your company’s own Crolle server to reach the model, and that server records what was spent — never what was said. A model cannot answer a question it was never sent, and we would rather tell you exactly where the line falls than claim it isn’t there.
